All services are paid quarterly in advance, after any trial period.  Payments are setup via a subscription based system.
There are no minimum service contracts, unless you opt for Plus contract which is a minimum of 12 months.
All charges are subject to VAT.  Terms and conditions of service are available on request.  Service levels can increase or decrease on a quarterly basis.  Over quota account holders will be invited to go to the next level.
All encrypted data on the drives returned as part of the Plus Services is deleted prior to any re-cycling of the HDDs.  All HDDs and accessories supplied with the Plus Services remain the property of TLS, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
